At Allen Jackson Ministries, our mission is to help people become more fully devoted followers of Jesus Christ. Aberdeen comes alongside us by providing transcriptions and closed captioning for all of our television broadcasts and then delivering our video files to their end destination. Aberdeen continues to look out for us, and they always reflect a high level of excellence. Thank you, Aberdeen, for all you do!

It is quite unusual to get such good customer service with every individual at a company, but by far that is what I have and continue to experience with each team member at Aberdeen. We had an opportunity to use Aberdeen services for a major virtual summit, and their team was so resourceful. Additionally, during the pre-planning process, they assisted our team with ensuring we had all our breakout sessions and main stage presentations technically ready prior to the day of the event. They were truly invested in the success of our event and viewed us as partner rather than just a client. We look forward to working with them for future events!

The staff at Aberdeen are a dream to work with. We produce a weekly political roundtable live-to-tape and have a tight timeline between when we record and when the episode broadcasts each week. The team at Aberdeen are QUICK getting us files for closed captioning. And beyond their speed, they are accurate. They never let us down.
