Sent several older VHS tapes to them and had them back within a week. While I wasn't sure what was on all of the tapes, they were honest enough to inform me that a couple of the tapes were just older video recordings of television shows (remember the days before DVR? haha). They didn't convert those over, which shows their integrity, and returned the rest of my VHS tapes with a thumb drive of the converted tapes. I then took the thumb drive and saved the contents to the cloud so have multiple options for these older videos. The cost was extremely reasonable too. Thanks for the outstanding service guys!

The Video Editor (MacArthur Blvd., Irvine): "Great" is an understatement. I have used (and will continue to use) The Video Editor for several years to convert slide shows into modern technology, giving me peace of mind that photos of the family will survive for the generations. Recently, The Editor created a DVD with music for a friend's memorial at Sherman Gardens, Corona del Mar. The music blended with the photos perfectly. The video was very well received by family and friends. Instructions were followed completely, with fast turnaround and decent pricing.

I found Video Editor just by chance and I'm glad I did. They did a wonderful job of transferring all my vhs-c tapes to DVDs so that my family could enjoy and remember all the great times of the past. There was laughter and tears with every DVD that we watched! So thankful that Video Editor was able to bring our memories back to life. There was no way to watch our tapes as our video recorded was no longer working.

Video Editor saved the day! They are VERY reasonably priced for the quality product that you receive. They also gave us an option of putting our memories on a USB, which I may try next time as technology moves so fast. For now, we are really enjoying the high quality transfer of our memories to DVD. We recommend Video Editor to everyone!

If your videos are important to you, do not trust Steve with them. I used Steve a few years ago and just saw my review on Yelp which reminded me of my horrible experience with The Video Editor. I dropped 6 tapes off at his office to convert them to DVD (rather than trust the mail) and also picked them up. I put the first DVD in and. had never seen those people before in my life. I checked the other 5 DVDs and they were indeed my family, thank goodness.

I contacted Steve and he couldn't care less. He never followed up with me, couldn't be bothered to meet with me, made no attempt to figure out who was on the DVD I was given - I doubt he even tried to find my original tape, let alone apologize or offer me a refund. I have 3 kids who are now teenagers and the tape Steve lost was from when they were little. Even if he had pretended to care and made any attempt whatsoever to locate my original tape, I can't get those videos back. Those memories are lost. Thanks Steve, never again. Sad that I can trust Costco more than you. DO NOT USE THIS GUY OR YOU WILL BE SORRY. ZERO STARS

Exceptional service! Steve kept me posted on the status of my order, and went above and beyond to find a solution for the poor video quality I sent him. We couldn't be more happy with the results. Well worth the time and money.the memories are priceless!

We have worked with The Video Editor for many years. Just recently had a special project come up - digitizing an enormous archive of video / beta / audio tapes. Steve was amazing at walking us through the process, managing our project at a reasonable rate with a quick turnaround. We would highly recommend their services! Communications LAB

The Video Editor's service was prompt, beating the others' many, many weeks lag. Great communication. They handled sound 16 mm which is not widely available. We'll use them again.
