Phil West is the best! When he worked with us on a recording project, he was flexible and easy-going, putting our musicians at ease, and in the end, he produced a high-quality recording that we will cherish forever. Very professional!

Phil is very knowledgeable and easy to work with; able to accommodate a variety of recording and sound needs.

From crazy idea to magic! I wanted to host a party for our 50th wedding anniversary where I could sing a number of love songs to my wife and all our friends. While I know how to sing, I have no idea how to put on a live performance with microphones and PA equipment. And that's were Phil at Wild West Productions stepped in. He surveyed the room at the Lafayette Community Center, figured out what equipment was needed for recording (audio and video) and PA equipment to amplify the performance - and on the day of the party, he brought all the equipment and ran the whole show.

After the party, he edited and organized the whole show on to a single DVD, which we have shared to rave reviews. What I really appreciated was that he knew what needed to be done, and did it in a way that caused no disruption and we came away with a wonderful recording and a great video as well. When I get another crazy idea, I'm planning to call Phil again...

From working with flash mobs to the individual artist, Phil is a jack-of-all-trades. He's a talented musician, engineer, and filmmaker who knows how to produce professional results. I originally contacted Phil to edit my precious home videos but ended up also hiring him to help me achieve my "bucket list" dream of professionally recording a song. Now I'm addicted and can't stop writing and producing music. Phil truly knows how to capture the heart of the performance. Thank you, Phil, with your heart of gold, for helping me achieve my musical dreams.

Phil West at WildWestProductions is one of the most gracious and giving people. Everything he does is with great care, professionalism, and heart. He explains the process, helps you prepare for the video shoot, and takes the time to answer questions until you understand the project inside and out. Great experience!
