Business Details
We have been operating Lightsail Video for 10 years, growing the business year over year from a solo venture. Our core expertise lies in creating video content that aligns perfectly with a brands message and delivers efficient, targeted communication. We specialize in producing content that creates genuine connections with audiences while reflecting each clients unique goals. Our process ensures that clients feel cared for, safe, and confident throughout every stage of production, even during downtime between projects. We prioritize human connection, using our founders background in comedy and storytelling to inject authentic humor and warmth. This focus on feeling and alignment sets us apart from other video production companies that can only deliver similar visuals.
We are selective about the clients we work with, ensuring a strong cultural and strategic fit. Our team, led by Tom Barr and Jordan Busekrus, combines technical mastery with empathetic, peoplefirst communication skills. We continuously push ourselves to improve with each client opportunity, maintaining the highest professional standards. Client satisfaction is our guarantee, as reflected in the trust our community and partners place in us. We are also communityminded, supporting causes that matter to our clients and neighbors.

I'm a HUGE fan of Lightsail Video and utilize them as frequently as I can. I've worked with Tom for years and, when he's in charge of your shoot, you get more than just a videographer. He sets the scene and gives excellent direction. Worth every penny, every time!
