Since we have a storefront in the San Francisco Bay Area, you can walk in and drop your project off in person. Do you ship work out like most other shops or do it there?

We do all work in house. Unlike small camera stores and big box stores like Costco, we perform all work right here in our Redwood City Lab. You can rest easy knowing your project will never leave our shop.

Audio Video Workshop can digitize your video tapes to high quality mp4 files. Mp4 digital video files offer excellent quality yet the file size is approximately half of uncompressed AVI and Quicktime files. Also, mp4 files are very compatible. Therefore, mp4 files can be played or edited on both MACs and Windows computers.

As technology is rapidly advancing and DVD players are becoming increasingly obsolete, it's important to preserve your memories in a long-lasting and easily accessible format. Not only are DVD Players disappearing from shelves, but DVD Drives are also being removed from laptops.

Audio Video Workshop can transfer your digital media to DVD or Bluray. Many of us have newer style cameras and camcorders that record video and pictures to SD memory cards, multi media cards, or flash cards. Although these camera cards have the benefit of being tapeless, quite often consumers find them hard to work with and risk deleting / erasing their videos and pictures forever.
