Gerald T. Rogers Productions was incorporated in 1968 for the goal of producing television commercials. In 1972 the firm started producing longer form documentary/information films for industry. Soon after in started a long-term relationship with The Dartnell Corporation, distributor of business training and motivational videos.

The portraits examine recognized behaviors of anger: passive/aggressive, repressive, aggressive and internalized. The video dramatizes each category and then provides a positive approach to anticipating problems and developing management techniques.
