Stu was very patient and diligent in recording a song sung by my friends and I in an outdoor setting. He brought two microphones that were able to record the music quite well. We had to do a number of takes and he was supportive and gave good suggestions about improving the sound and the visuals. He delivered the video quickly and was very responsive to suggestions in the post-production process.

I highly recommend this place! I recently found some 30 year old, very treasured recordings of my beloved mother telling some stories from Her life, in the week before she died. These are probably my family's most treasured possession, and we wanted to make recordings to insure there is backup. Stu was remarkably helpful throughout the whole process. He patiently explained the new technology and offered options I had never thought of.

He even went so far as to pick up and deliver the materials to me, not once, but twice! I was thrilled by the initial copies and needed more so my sisters could each have a copy of these treasures. Stu is a professional and has saved my mothers voice for us, her audio autobiography, and I'm forever grateful!

I brought some old family videos on VHS and they transferred to digital within a week or so. So simple and reasonable price, I really appreciated taking these cherished videos to a real life person in person, rather than sending to a mail in service and crossing my fingers that they would be safe.
