In 1982 Video General Incorporated VGI was established to provide business-to-business video communication services. In 1993 VGI started testing heating and air conditioning technicians for the Environmental Protection Agency. VGI was one of only twelve organizations to be selected by the EPA to suit their needs for the certifying of over 500,000 technicians.

If I could give VGI negative ten stars, believe me, I would. No one answers the phone. Website is about taking your money, but they can't help you in any way shape or form. Website for 608 certificate verification is completely unsecure.and they use your social security number as your certificate number.then want you to enter sensitive info on an unsecure platform.
I'm not changing my opinion on the company due to their unprofessional manner: no platform on social media (i.e. twitter, facebook), a constantly busy phone line, no customer service website. Definite NEGATIVE TEN when it comes to a lack of customer service.
