In the fall of 2021, TBC was honored to have Brian Bennett selected as the trial technician for The United States v. Elizabeth Holmes Fraud Trial. The four-month trial ran from September through December and while it was a long time to be away from home, it was a wonderful opportunity for our small family business to showcase our unique skillset in a high-profile trial.
The media attention was surreal. Tickets were handed-out on a first-come, first-serve basis, by the Sherriff's Deputy. Reporters were sleeping outside the courthouse, in order to be the first in line for a "golden ticket."
