Chris, Thank you for the wonderful 8th grade promotion/graduation video! It's so great to be able to go back and watch it again. Not knowing that my son was getting an award, I wasn't listening carefully to what the principal was saying about him before he announced his name! I contacted Custom Video Connection (Chris Hennessy) to video my mother's memorial service. I knew from my father's passing that a video personally helps me in the grieving process, and it is also good to send to relatives who are geographically dispersed when they want to share in the memorial. I was impressed with the professionalism and sensitivity of Chris from the start and throughout the process. Tim, who did the camera work, quietly included me in his set-up plan, then was so unobtrusive throughout I didn't again notice he was there; his camera work was perfect and creative in his choices.

All of the file production was done by Chris, who made suggestions for combining the photo album and adding music to the memorial film. It made for an all inclusive, beautiful, and moving memorial DVD. I am extremely grateful to Custom Video Connection. Memorial/funeral services are not "fun events" but they hold lifelong memory and meaning especially when it is someone so close to us. Thank you Chris, and Tim, for your beautiful work. We hired Chris as a videographer to capture our wedding and he did an excellent job! Chris was easy to work with, put in extra time to learn the venue prior to the wedding day and made a wonderful video without needing any extra input from us on the wedding day (which felt like a very busy day already). Chris always gave prompt responses when we had questions and delivered the edited video shortly within a couple weeks. It was obvious Chris had done this many times before and we could not have been more happy with the final result.

Chris recently did a client testimonial video for the non-profit organization I work for. We were crunched for time to get the video done, had multiple locations to shoot at, and multiple people's schedules to work with. Chris was a stellar professional through it all. He was flexible to accommodate our editing timeframe, was wonderful working with the clients being interviewed (children and adults), and had great ideas for filming, including being able to take the interview questions he was provided for the clients, and expand beyond them in the moment during the interview.

The video Chris made for us was used during a fundraising dinner and made a huge impact on the audience. His skills at pulling out the "gems" from the client interviews and weaving them all into one cohesive story, was a huge factor in our successful fundraising event. In my 12 year career, I have never met anyone more dedicated to their clients than Chris at Custom Video Connection. I run an adrenaline park brand called House of Air. Chris filmed, directed, edited, and produced 18 videos for our employee video training series. We are a growing company, but still small enough to need personal attention. When we decided to franchise and expand, we knew we needed standardized employee training.

We researched and interviewed several video production companies, and we were immediately impressed by Chris' energy, passion, and personal connection. Chris produced nearly 3 hours of finished product for us, broken into several distinct video segments. He coordinated videographers and a drone operator for us to get the best possible raw video footage to work with. Chris' guidance was vital in helping us to understand the best teleprompter setup, scripting, and lighting, as well as which of his microphones to use in which takes to produce the best sound.

I worked very closely 1-on1 and directly with Chris on the video editing process, because I'm a very picky client, and he was very patient with me - he wouldn't stop until the finished product was edited exactly to my specifications. That being said, I also know he has several clients who are happy to let him make all of the editing decisions, and if that is the case, I can assure you he will make you a great video with very little effort on your end.

I attached a few stills from our videos to this review. He included drone shots, cutaways, text-on-screen and good transitions and titles in all of our videos. We just recently finished training our first wave of new hires at our new locations, and they LOVED the training videos. Our Operations Managers are also thrilled that they now have a standardized tool to use so that all employees receive the same information every time. Custom Video Connection (Chris Hennessy) was contracted to help write, film, and edit a short ten minute video tribute to be shown at Auberge du Soleil in Napa during my daughter's wedding reception. Chris was awesome to work with as he was a quick wit and a good listener. He was able to help enhance the original concept during the filming process and the real magic was the job he performed in edit.
