Great customer service by Mr. Davis! I called on Monday at 3PM and got an appointment the following day to bring him 3 IOMEGA zip drives to convert to USB and he was very understand through all the situations of timing and all that. I left for 20 minutes after dropping it off he called me said they were ready to pick up. Really great guy and great business man. If I find anymore "prehistoric" storage devices I know who I am calling to get them looked at! Thank you Mr. Davis

Ken was professional, kind, accommodating, and reasonable. We just had him convert some old video recorded on 8mm video camera cassettes to DVD.
