Ensure that your notice complies with the Kentucky Rules regarding remote depositions and provide ample notice to all parties of your intent to use online videoconferencing technology. If you intend to use the video from the videoconference stream, also provide notice of such intent. Pursuant to KRS 423.455(6), the court reporter will be performing notarial acts via communications technology, specifically Zoom videoconferencing technology.

I'm a local criminal defense attorney that had used the same Court Reports for years. Unfortunately, they fell from my graces when their system experienced some sort of bug and many of my files were lost. A fellow local lawyer suggested Kentuckiana, and I was immediately impressed by their professionalism and knowledge of the local court system. They're fully digital, and incorporate mobile devices into their services. The number one thing was their speed.
