Affordable, Reliable and Personable! Needed my FCP files converted to HDCAM. Their service was top notch! Went with the gut not knowing anything about Video Perfect (aka NYC Tapes / Empress). Glad that I did. They provided me with 24 hour turn around time at 1/2 the price of other competitors. I am especially grateful to their in-house editor, David for his help!

I looked at many places to transfer my parent's home movies to DVD. I had less than 2 weeks, my 85yr old parents were coming for Christmas and i wanted to surprise them by playing the DVDS for them. Most other places that do transfers said they couldn't do it in less than two weeks and charged twice the price of video Perfect. The staff was very nice and did the transfer in time for Christmas.
I have just dropped off more home movies to be transferred. I know it will be done well. I look forward to watching the DVDs and my parent's faces as they watch. Priceless
