Waiting patiently for my videos but friendly service. Fingers crossed on the results! Well, I got them back. So far only able to watch 4 of the 13 hours of videos completed. I have had over 10 VHS tapes converted to DVD here, and there's a reason I keep coming back. They are a very simple business, but they do their jobs very well and I have had pretty good customer service experiences here. They always ask if you have a timeline, which is nice knowing that you can let them know if it's a pressing conversion or if they have more time to do it.
I've always gotten them transferred over within a week, even when I know from the amount of tapes laying about that they are very busy. I would not hesitate to bring any media to this business. They do quality work.
