Creative Candids Photography And Videography - Springfield, IL

None of our family will ever hire Creative Candids again for a photographer or videographer. We did not receive pictures until one year AFTER the wedding. That was not without constant emails trying to contact Brandy, who was rude. She never answered her phone, so we would leave messages with no return calls. We paid her UPFRONT ($2500 and then $400 more the day of the wedding as she told us she would not stay long enough for the reception to get pictures!!)

Highly unprofessional. The pictures looked as though they were printed off of a photo printer. When we received them in a box, they were just thrown in there with no packaging at all, and some were crinkled because of it.

Poorly Edited, poor professionalism
I am very, very disappointed in my experience with Creative Candids. After we got married, it took a year to receive our video - and it was awful. The camera fell off the tripod as I was walking down the aisle. We were told that there would be two cameras, and there was only one. I could have edited the video better in Windows Movie Maker. The most frustrating of all - as the bride, I was giving some instructions to my bridal party before we went to the reception, and you can overhear Brandy laughing and scoffing at how "controlling" I was. Yes, that is on my wedding video. Forever. The one thing I would change about my wedding is to not use Creative Candids - oh how I wish I did more research. $2500 for crappy pictures and video, and a rude photographer is not worth it. Please take your business elsewhere.
