I was in a last-minute bind with trying to convert a VHS of my parents' wedding video to a DVD before their anniversary in a few days, and Carolina Custom Video absolutely saved the day for me. I was expecting a longer turnaround time, but not only did one of their associates, Karen, make sure I had gotten it back before their anniversary, she prioritized the transfer and even got it to me the weekend before.
She really went above and beyond for me and helped me take care of this task in an incredibly speedy and professional manner. 100% recommend this business for all professional digital needs!

Like many people, we had a bunch of VHS tapes sitting around. Carolina Custom Video (CCV) helped us to review the tapes, determine what was worth converted to DVDs, and took care of the conversion. They did a great job with organizing the videos on the DVDs and I would recommend them highly without any hesitation. You really could not have been more helpful. I was trying to get a VHS tape of old home movies converted to dvd for my siblings for Christmas. Just found info about your service just days before. Even with tight turn around and a busy time of year, you came through. The irony is that, while I had not realized it when I found your service on-line, you had actually converted the old super 8 home movies to VHS about 20 years earlier. So getting you to take your work to the next step was pretty remarkable. Thanks for the good work you did both 20 years ago and last month!

Wonderful company! Last year they transferred 8mm movies from 1935-1945 to disc and thumb drives for our family that were found in my Mother's belongings after her passing. Discovered films of my grandfather in Figi and New Zealand and my Uncle in the US Army in Germany! What keepsakes. We found 3 more films from 1956 they are working on now which I hope are of my childhood. I am pleased with their work and highly recommend this service. Don't be in a hurry.it takes time to do quality work.

They copied two VHS videos to 1 DVD. The first VHS tape was twisted in 1 area & did not transfer at 100%, but I was informed of that up front. The second VHS tape transferred at 100%. The quality was very good & the final price was very close to the original estimate. No surprises on the final bill. I recommend CCV & will use them again should the need arise. The friendliness & professionalism of the staff was a 5 on a 1 to 5 scale.

Right from the first phone call, they were very informative and gave lots of good detailed information about the process. I brought in 14 VCR tapes that were approximately 20 years old, and the DVD's came out beautifully! I thought they were too old to do much with, but they came out very nicely. They were mostly of my son in infancy and toddler years so they are priceless to me. Karen was courteous and informative all through the process and kept me updated frequently. Customer service was excellent and the turn around time was very good too! Would definitely recommend to anyone who wants to preserve precious memories!

When I found out my VHS player was no longer operable or repairable I fretted about what to do with all the tapes I had of my children videos and other family VHS tapes. So glad to have found and work with CCV to transfer 10 8-mm cassettes and several VHS tapes to DVD. They helped me understand the process and worked closely with me to make sure they understood my requirements. The video quality was excellent and I felt comfortable with entrusting them with these precious memories. I recommend them with enthusiasm.

Working with CCV was easy and a pleasure! I had 10 VHS cassettes that I wanted converted into a DVD to give to my parents as one of their wedding gifts. The work was done extremely quickly and the staff was very helpful in helping me pick out a title and how I wanted the DVD labels to look like. The picture on the DVD turned out great and my parents absolutely LOVED their gift!
