Andy is an expert in podcast recordings. Our monthly show really improved in sound quality once we started having him record interviews. He makes certain that the participants are on a phone line that sounds good and supplies an audio file minutes after completion of the call. He is very skilled at working with high-profile interviewees and they respect his technical advice. I can't recommend him highly enough.

I used AudioFile Solutions for transcription services and was extremely pleased with the results. The turnaround time was quick, the transcription quality was excellent, the price was competitive, and the company was professional. My transcripts were returned to me earlier than requested. Also, they were able to accommodate my requests, such as inserting audible emotions in brackets within the text and creating separate documents for each audio file.
